Theo Darling’s handmade porcelain pottery is wheel-thrown, hand-painted with original designs, and carved with sgraffito details; infused with unconventional symbolism, it invites the user to take part in imaginative personal ritual. Their work in the textile and paper mediums incorporates found materials in unexpected combinations, exploring weird connections and transforming “trash” into memorable objects.

Theo Darling also offers visible mending services to bring your worn and damaged clothing and other textiles back to life in creative ways, turning flaws into features while diverting objects from landfill. They see items in need of repair as opportunities to heal our damaged relationship to the material world and practice environmental sustainability in a meaningful way.
