I really struggled in this class — everything about it, every assignment was so alien to how my brain works. It was so frustrating to know what I wanted to do and try my best to do it and just not be able to grasp the nuances of how these high-tech tools worked. In the end I found a way to make it work for me; I designed and 3D printed a handful of stamps to use in more material processes. I baked these little transgender stegosaurus sugar cookies to show one of my new stamps in action.

Another take on this repeating tooth pattern I created for an “artist math” course… This has really become a recurring form in my work. Teeth for me mean frenetic energy, anxiety, stress dreams…
These were a custom order but I’m thinking of making them a regular thing!
