“Food Security Strategies: Because Intent Isn’t Magic” zine
$3.00
This zine was created in 2014 for a university class on environmental science and briefly investigates a few different possible food sources for our exponentially-increasing global population, including the development of new crops, lab-grown meat, insect protein, and 3D-printed food. It also discusses the critical importance of addressing both food loss and food waste, and of degrowth in industrial meat production. It contains a mix of handwritten text and images.
